2009 Crossfire Gas Tank cracks - Warranty?

Found some significant cracks on the neck of my 2009 Crossfire. Dealer is checking with Arctic Cat but hasn't heard of any problems with this model. Has anyone had a similar experience? I know some of the older models are covered, have my wifes 2006 Saber Cat in for a new tank right now.

My tank cracked also but not at the filler neck....mine was under the seat at/near the fuel pump/sender area. My dealer said he was gonna check with Cat on it but I've never heard back. The only way it would leak was if it was full to the brim. We just took a soldering gun and melted the area back together.

I have a 2008 Crossfire noticed the same on mine last year. Cat paid for the new tank I had to pay for them to put it on.

Got the call from the dealer today. AC is picking up the tank, I pay the labor. I'm good with that. Tank is on back-order till mid Dec, though. Cutting it kind of close.....

I have a 09 crossfire but have not noticed this. Hopefully it is just a few tanks from a quality issue.
