There is a position switch on the throttle. Make sure the throttle is tight and all the way back out. If that is loose and the switch isn't engaged, it can keep it from starting. If that's the case, just tighten up the throttle cable.

Also, remember with an EFI, the first pull generally gets the electronics going, and then the second or more pulls start the sled. Also, and this might sound silly, but it's happened to all of us, always make sure the key is all the way on and the kill switch is fully pulled out.

You can have someone help you too, and when you pull, if you hear a little bit of a fire, have someone pump the throttle.

I dont think that it is the throttle sensor usually check that have had that happen before on past sleds. On my sled it happened twice last year and hasnt happened since with 3,000 miles on it but a brand new 800 with 250 miles on it wouldnt start in morning pulled it about 50 times and it finally fired and then unloading off the trailor it did it again. Thanks for the feedback

Then I bet the plugs are fouled. Change out the plugs. I had issues with my 2009 800 like that when they were fixing it. It takes so little to foul those out on the EFI's

Did you check for bad gas or water in the gas because both sleds are having the same problem.

If it doesn't start in 3 pulls you should hold the throttle open a little and pull it again. You may have frost on the butterflies that is restricting airflow.
