Well its 2 weeks old. About 400 miles and the darn thing has been sputtering from day one. If I ease through the throttle it does not sputter but if i were to be at a dead stop or moving at 40mph and goose it, the sled will hiccup. I have been talking to all sorts or people looking for the answer and the only real thing im getting is that I need a $350 dyno programmer and problem solved. Anyone have this problem or does anyone have an answer to it. Ah to spend 10 grand and think it will run great, dont ya love it!

Why does Polaris keep releasing sleds with issues is beyond me.

Polaris came out with another new flash for the 800's. It was officially released 1-14-10. Some are reporting good results with all the hiccups and DET sensor problems fixed.

Where can ou find these updates on the web? I just bought an 09 D8 Switch a couple weeks ago, got a print out saying that all updates have been done. Today it ran terrible. 6200RPM and it would almost always act like the timing was being retarded (limp mode). Sometimes you could pump the throttle and it would come out of it and other times it would not. Very disappointing compared to the 02 XC 600 I had been riding. I'm going to try to get it into the dealer next week to get it checked out.
