Is this a hard job to do? Do they sell filter separate or does it just come in the fuel line?

Not that hard, takes longer than it should. You need to disengage the rubber strap holding the oil tank, remove the oil tank mounting screw, remove the harness connections (2) from the ECU remove the oil tank filler cap and the ECU bracket, remove the 4 nuts that mount the clutch cover to the chassis, slide the oil tank down to open access to the 2 rear nuts, carefully release the cluth cover from the studs and pull it away, de-pressurize fuel system , remove filler from air box and use disconnect tool
