So i went up to the cabin this weekend to get the sleds home so I can clean them up and store them for the summer. My 800 fired right up so when I went to fire up the 600, i pushed the start button and nothing, I thought oops the kill switch and nothing, I tried the tether and nothing. I then thought the battery is dead, so I charged it and nothing again. I saw two fuses above the battery so I check those and they were good. Its like the battery was never put in, any thoughts or tips?

Thanks

Bad relay ,one of the 4 or five is a spare. Look at the cover for the relays.this will tell you what relay does what. You should be able to move the spare over, and replace the bad one. My buds carry fuses and relays with that sled. The starter fuse,if I recall it is a 30 amp. But you should still be able to pull start it, if it's a starter problem.

Do you have power at all? By that I mean do the gauges fire up? I agree with Woodtic, relays and fuse are something to look at. Even if the fuse is good, make sure the contacts are clean.
