^^^thats would be cool

Otherwise sounds like the shortest track from doo next year will be like the iron dog which is a 128. Rumblings of the 900ace high output in the X package. And as always a bigger(turbo) 4 stroke in a new chassis.

High output 900ACE in the X package?....Is that like Jumbo Shrimp??? :D

Basically the same thing as shrimp but instead of 90hp u get 100hp whoooop whooop. Lot of people complaining about not being able to get the 900ace in the x package. skidoo actually responded saying they consider X package sleds as high performace models only. So slapping high output on it and giving it another 10hp would make it an X..yeeee hawwwww

10HP+ not what an Ace buyer wants but I can see wanting the X shocks but Ace of no interest to me as a buyer......maybe the Acers would know what to do with X not sure tho? Have to see if the Ace 900 buyer will go the extra ching for more ponies & X not your typical Ace profile. Kinda of goofy to me market wise.lol

Every ace buyer I have personally talked to love the sled and honeslty dont complain about the power. The only complaint and there is a lot of them that want the X package. We will see if doo listens. maybe they will bring the power up even more, who knows. its all speculation at this point. I would like to see a boosted 900ace or something other than the 1200 from doo in the XR chassis. Even tho its a super nice trail sled, its overdue. But I dont think they want to tap into the 800etec market with a 150+hp 4 stroke and cannabilize them selves. Would be nice to see the mach Z back in a new supercharged or boosted 4s. but i maybe dreaming for MY2016. fine with me no matter what comes im riding my 15 next year.

Machs never sold well but if the HP race is back on who knows maybe 200HP or something via Mach 2s 900 or 1000 or boosted 1200 4s would get you there easy. Big warranty risk to me to boost a 2s but maybe someone will? For me trail riding 162ish hp overkill but Yamaha does deliver it smoothly & tames it via the weight factor. Not sure if light weight champ is still important to doo the 128 track is going to weigh more & iron dog is going towards robust design which in my view is a good thing. Poo is after weight loss for now that is for sure.

I duno how many cat turbos are sold or if the yamaha add on is selling sleds. If so, doo would have to attempt to enter the market. They boosted a s x s, so why not. I agree no one will boost a 2s...to risky. I know of at least 10 people that would buy a mach Z...ya never know.

I sure you know peeps that want a Mach but the overall North American market not that big for Machs never has been.... 800 more than enough for most peeps. Yamaha market for turbo is really a mountain or powder application but the Yamaha faithful that bought Vipers didn't want to miss their Apex power so opted for turbo too. That is a Yamaha thing mostly about pent up demand for new product then making what is mass produced "the Viper" meet hyper sled demands & keep weight down. If Yamaha released a pure Yamaha replacement sled for the Apex line.... kept the weight down & churned out 170HP it would sell in big numbers to the core customers ....me included. Right now the Apex XTX or SE is better configuration for me at 162 hp without boost so sticking with it. The Cat /Suzook turbo does not sell well never did.

I need to add that a GSX with hooks, ice ripper track & a turbo at a competitive price would also reel me in.:) But not sure many riders out there like me.lol :D

I would like to see Poo come out with a 136 Indy.

Think that would sell well if the price point is right

first year mach would be a big sale, imo and depending how it worked to continue. It appears to me tho, doo has no interest in racing anymore, whether it be snowcross or grass or the hp war. They just dont invest any effort like they used too. I doubt a gsx will ever be turbo'd unless they do sumthin like yamaha and give an option to add a turbo. A renegade mach Z 1330 super charged ace..now we r talking. But we are also talking $$$$. I highly doubt doo will bring a sled like the apex, which is similiar in hp to the 800. It would either me much more over 180 or much less like the current 1200. The 800 etec is by far biggest seller for doo and has the largest profit margin, i dont see the been counters cannabalizing that asset

I own a 900ACE-GSX, have no interest in the "X" package for the shocks, the additional 10hp? No big deal either. Want a faster sled, buy something other than the 900, but for me, it works well as it is.

I would think Doo will update the 1200, maybe go to the 1330 ACE motor used in the CanAm Spyder? They need to update the looks, current styling is dated.

Polaris, maybe they'll surprise us with a new 4-stroke?

I read that all manufactures will be releasing the same 2015 models cause they did not sell any of the sleds they produced for this season. Was at the local dealer and every sled on the floor had dust on it.

Yepppers in a nut shell why I stay with the Apex line 2s no interest, GSX not enough power, no hooks, could stud it but always a miss for me engine & hooks wise the track I could modify. Seems to aways boil down to a 4s Gade 1200 X featurewise but power sucks compared to Apex XTX with eps. I'm always looking & doo is 2nd for me but no 2nd place in sales.lol

If there is not a new all yamaha sled for 2016, they are just a engine supplier from here on out.
I'd like to see a yam 4st in an axys chassis.
