I ordered an Evolution Helmet and Sinister Goggles 2 weeks ago. The site said the expected ship date was Oct 12. That didn't happen. My card was debited the amount for the purchase the night I made it. I have sent a a message via the web site last week and have heard nothing back.

Does anyone know any contact information for 509?

got my helmet on friday..Hold tight he said all helmets were shiped last wen....

on another note I just sent Tom an email as my helmet is way too big...xl not same xl as hjc

I bought some stuff from 509 earlier this year and was fairly disappointed. I had to return the sweatshirt (really cheap material) because it was too short and it took 4 weeks to get my credit card credited. After 5+ emails it finally happened. I don't know if the guy was too busy to answer emails, but it was a little sketchy

ya Tom Very Busy guy has alot new stuff coming out and he is doing all the snow shows right now..

I bought a Hoodie at haydays from Tom and if I didn't get to try it on I would been very disappointed as they run small!!BUT I like the hoodies nice and thick ,Warm too.

I have nothing but the best to say about the guys at 509 . Bought a lid at hay days at that time they said 30 plus days.Boy what a lid it is!

I got the Evolution DVD and was impressed, very good!

Hey nothing can be as bad as dealing with Team2...Those jokers owe lotz of people money on Snowest and other sites.
