I am starting another 55 gallon drum BBQ. I was looking to make it into a smoker too... Anyone make one?

I built one this summer. Those 22 1/2" Weber grill racks sure fit in there nice. I used an Ole Smokey 1500 watt element with lava rock underneath and made up a stainless steel smoke pan at work. Insulated it with duct wrap and put an Ole Smokey thermometer halfway up the side. Even put some wheels on it for good measure. It will hold temp. anywhere I want from 110 to 300 degrees. Put a Weber grill top on it, if it had arms it would look like R2D2. Does brisket and boston butts like a champ.
