9005 LED Bulbs for Groomer

We have been burning out a lot of 9005 halogen light bulbs in our groomer this year in our work lights. I just order a couple of LED versions just wondering if anybody else has any experience with these? Here is a link to the ones that I ordered:

These ones have 68 LED's per bulb so am assuming they are bright. Our work lights have a spreading pattern to them so I think these will work just fine. Any input is appreciated.

I'd guess with no filaments to break the LED's will serve you well.
I changed over my trailer lighting to LED and never had a problem since.

9005's are car headlamp bulbs right? I didn't know they made those in LED.

LED bulbs

Only problem would be if they don’t put out enough heat to keep the snow from building up on them. They are designed for day time driving and fog lamp application. Let us know how they work.

I got sum led's from ebay and was not very happy with them. They claimed they were brighter than regular bulbs , but that wasn't the case. They sucked. Of course that was 4 years ago. I'm sure they are better now.

The city down here paid big bucks for led stop lights, and they get covered with snow so someone has to go out and clean the snow off. They don't give off any heat to keep the snow off. So instead of "saving money" they are losing money to pay someone to keep them cleaned off! I can see that being a problem with the groomer.

Honda makes some LED driving lights for the Goldwing that do an excellent job, offer a variety of spread patterns, are incredibly bright and throw a long distance. However - they are also closeer to $300 with some searching. They could be easily fit/mounted to other vehicles.

Don't excpect LEDs costing $25 to throw enough light to equal that of headlights.
