i was wondering how i should go about rebuilding my clutch any sugestions
it still has pretty good take off but it almost sounds like there is something wrong with it and i would like there to be a more defined take off then just the reving it up and it taking off without that much of a lurch...how do i get that lurch?

The spring in the primary controls the rpm at which the clutch engages. If you want more jump on the start, but wish to keep the shift out rpm the same, find out the stock spring rates at open (not engaged) and at compressed measurements. Find a spring with a higher initial rate, but about the same compressed rate. That will give a higher engagement rpm.

EX. stock spring is 180lbs at 4" and 320 at 2" compressed length. You would look for a spring with about 200-220 at 4" but try to stay around 320 at 2" compressed.
This is just an example. the actual spring rates and measurements will be different.
It will take some experimenting to find the combination you want. Look to the aftermarket for springs of various rates.
