93 ext/efi not running-starting-sluggish

I'm having trouble with my kids sled. It's 93 EXT/EFI and I can't get the thing to start. I put a new battery-plugs-etc and still nothing. IF I get lucky and it does start it sounds and feels real sluggish. It seems like it's not getting enough fuel? Any suggestions where else to look at? Fuel pump? Pinched breather hose somewhere? I'm at a loss. Thanks in advance.

Have you checked the wiring harness on the injectors ? I had a 94 EXT / EFI and the sluggish condition and the difficulty in starting you mentioned was a lean condition that eventually got to the exhaust side of the piston and it was ugly. I would check compression..?

Dumb question then..... How do I check compression? I'll look at the wiring harness also. Thanks for your help!
