Ive been messing around with this sled trying to get it running right just cant get it nailed down.Here alittle history on it been sitting for about 12 years Ive cleaned the carbs twice in my ultra sonic cleaner so the carbs are clean and the pilots.Put on new fuel filter check the air box and exhaust for blockage.It does run it'll start and idle all day just gets really boggy when giving it gas it'll rev if you use the primer as you give it gas.I'll probably never ride this thing but it's just driving me nuts I can't get it running right.I don't have much experience skidoos and rotex engines.One thing I do notice I see air bubbles in the primer lines.

I had a 98 formula for a few years. Did you put fresh gas in it? I'm sure you did this, but you didn't mention it?
I had the same issues after it sitting, but usually after running for a while it cleared up. Also mine was setup to run pretty rich as from the factory I believe they ran lean, but that was more of what I heard and not from experience.

Just worked on the daughters that would start up and idle fine. Would rev up to about 6000 rpms and then cut out. I cleaned the carbs (dont forget to unscrew the little pilot jet) and work fine.
i'll cut them back alittle and try that didn't think of that. thanksspark plug caps, if it revs to 6000 then cuts out its the caps or wires
