A Cat in my driveway

I had some driveway work done as it has gotten pretty beat up over the last couple of years with plowing and stuff.. My little guy loves heavy equipment. He sat STILL for two hours watching the loader. Those things are cool.

Yep...put one on the Xmas list...yah never know what Santa might bring. (Hey you could catch the other half in a good mood....eh?)

Those are so fun to drive! I got a chance to do so for my second job in the winter, snow plowing. Insane the amount of power... you could pop a curb out with just the curl on the bucket.

Good to see a Cat working. I always stop to look and watch them working when I see them.

I work at Cat in Peoria. I work in the building where all of the new machines come for the technicians take the machines apart and put them back together again and write the book on how to do it, known as the D&A manual (Disassembly and Assembly). I did that job about 6 years ago - a very fun job!

Every once in awhile, we get to drive the machines when they come in.

Zimo hard at work! I dont miss that kind of work until December rolls around and I start working 7 days a week rather than calling M.A.R.V.I.N. all winter!
