Hey JD folks, I have a buddy that is raising money to fix and improve a Subaru for a client of his. He isn't just a regular client anymore. He is a soldier in Iraq that was shot at point blank in a building sweep. The bullet proof vest stopped the bullet, but the force knocked him out. As he laid out cold on the floor, a full battle unfolded around him. Other members of his squad were not so lucky.
He was the only soldier on the ground that was not dead. If it was not for the bullet knocking him out....the outcome would have been different.
Ian Roesner of Northwest Performance owns the shop that the car is at. He is donating his time and rounding up donations to make this Soldiers car a dream come true.
