? about Snow measuring stick

We was up in the some where near Copper Harbor about 5 years ago and remembered seeing a large Snow Measing Stick on the side of the highway but can't remember what town it was in ? If any one can help me out THANK YOU !!!!! I want to pllace that on a picture i am doing in a scrap book

It is also just off of trail 124 between Gay and Phoenix.
Let me know if you need pictures. I will probably see that thing a few more times this winter.
