Got 70 miles in the groomer last night and will be getting out on sled this afternoon. Still need snow in our area but trails are getting a little bit better.

It sure was nice getting out around home. The trails are tired now but still rideable. This is the parking lot of Little Miami last sunday. Been years since I seen that many sleds in the lot. Awesome to see!! IMG_20210131_132842720_HDR.jpg

Have not paid attention to this much lately but has the Minnesota governor opened up the state? I know it was similar to Michigan for a while? Just question not political!

Yes, Mr Rocks and Cows is ‘allowing’ people to live their lives again.

We really like them. I haven’t had the chance to get mine in any deep snow yet so I still look forward to that. We were running a forest road at about 65 for 5-6 miles in fresh snow and I said to my son I felt much more comfortable doing that on my 850 than my 600. Just easier on the sled.
My son took his out to Colorado and thought it was awesome. He’s got the 155 while I just have the 146. He also put a Zbros front end on his so his ski stance is down to 36”. I tried it on the trail for a bit and didn’t like that but I imagine in the mountains it would be real nice.

Thinking there's a story behind the photo of your son and his sled. At least he was a good sport and let you take a photo.

We had just stopped in a swamp area/beaver pond to play. He was practicing doing some donuts but the snow wasn't deep enough and the back end kept sliding out. I give him credit though because he can really lay that thing down and get it moving. I told him next week in Utah we'll get some deep snow and he can show me how its done. Funny thing is I used to do that all the time, now I enjoy watching him do it.
