adding cities to snowcover maps

Is it possible to add cities to the snowcover maps, it would help some when in early season when there are pockets of heavier snow cover. Even if not on the graphic, to keep it from being to cluttered, but each depth reading dot had a number in the dot, and a legend on the side or bottom of the page. Thanks

Actually, what I would like to do is to add a mouse over feature that would cause the name of the station to pop up when you move your mouse pointer over it (not so good for smart phones and tablets). But it would be a feature to work on in the off season as things are too crazy now.
