Allegan Conditions 3/4/16

Looking for Allegan conditions for today, and possibly someone that wants to make a quick spin later this afternoon.

Another JD member got a response from the club that although ok snow, may not be groomed. Who cares at this point, ride em, as it is the last opportunity of the year.

Just got back from Allegan. Only was able to ride about 60 miles due to some of loops closed off due to low snow. Part of the west loop & the pipeline were in-groomed but had good snow. The sun was eating through in some spots and dirt was beginning to show. Personally I wouldn't go unless they got at least 4-6" more of new snow. With the warmer temps and traffic tomorrow I think it will be pretty beat. Just my opinion.

We rode Saturday after making a nice withdrawal from Four Winds Casino Friday night. Dropped at the Allegan County clubhouse (many thanks!!!) and did a clockwise trip around the west loop, had lunch at Hilliards, and did the Hopkins loop through Gun Lake and back to Allegan. Overall, conditions were decent with the east loop having more snow. I have zero regrets about going, season is absolutely over at this point!
