Alum wheel protection

I have performed a search online for aluminum wheel treatment to prevent pitting / oxidation. Wow, seems there are a lot of products on the market. Now the question is... Have any of you tried any of them, and what are your opinions for them?
I have new aluminum trailer rim's and would appreciate any help keeping them looking new for years to come.

You're right, there's a ton of products out there, some more exotic and expensive than others. Here's what's worked for me;

The rims on my truck have endured 10 Wisconsin Winters and there's not a mark on them by using Turtle Wax paste. I know it's Old School but the stuff works really well on most any surface you're trying to protect. Trailer Rims are in a particularly harsh environment so you need something durable. The Turtle Wax paste takes a bit more time to apply but it will last a full season and it's priced reasonable too. I've used their Spray Wax for detailed areas where the paste isn't practicle.

OK, so there's my two cents and with all the products out there, this thread could easily turn in to another Sea & Snow conversation. Here we go........

This stuff is really good, I use it on my sleds, really good reviews on Snowest about it. I also used the Aluminum Wheel Wax and sealant to prevent corrosion or pitting. Hoping this helps over time, so far I have been very happy with the results.

I have been hearing about this stuff. So far can only find it on line.
I have not found it in any general stores like Walmart, ext. also tried Champion Auto, ext. Now off to find if specialized auto shops have it, or maybe truck stops as I see a lot of truck drivers boast its good rep.
Thanks,

Yeah I ordered it online, I think the shipping was fairly reasonable. I have heard the some truck shops carry it, maybe call them and see if there are any stocking dealers in your area.
