Amazon Cloud Player

There was a posting a while ago asking about "The Cloud". Well, I have been using the new Amazon Cloud Player for about 2 weeks and it's pretty cool. What Amazon has done is to give you 5gb of storage (a lot) where you can upload music (or videos/pics/docs) and access it from any internet device, for free. So, rather than goofing around with re-filling your mp3 player, just load the music up to Amazon and use the smart phone app to get to it (or a laptop, tablet, whatever).
Here's the kicker...if you buy an album from Amazon they will kick up the free storage to 20 gb for a year, every album you buy resets the 12 month clock. 20 gb is a lot of music.
The player works great on the phone, good sound, easy interface.
Also, if you buy an album from Amazon, you can choose to have it loaded directly to your cloud player (you can download it anytime), and it does not count against your storage limit.

One more thing, the first album I bought this way was Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Nothing But the Water. If you like blues, and if you like early Bonnie Raitt I strongly recommend this album. It's a $5 album through end of today (Sat).
If you see someone at a resort this winter with a smartphone plugged into a Dewalt radio you'll know it's me!
