I don't know, when it is consistently below freezing and snowing it sure looks nice out there, isn't that big of an issue walking to your car etc.

BUT if it were sleeting that much, everything is always brown, dead grass exposed - I bet you will wish for some of that beautiful white stuff to cover up the ugly brown. Out of sight, out of mind I always say ;)

I think this is especially pertinent if you have dogs that live inside. It gets old real quick every time you let them out to do their thing and they need a full bath almost because they just walked around the yard...

that pole was met to be for the big cities like Detriot, New York, Chicago, Pittsburgh and Cleveland does have it bad they got the CLOWNS lol GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blutooth hit on a good point. Living an hour to the west of Cleveland, I can never understand why so many people down here hate snow. When we don't have snow, everything is brown - brown trees, brown grass and brown fields. That's all there is to look at unless the snow makes everything a little bit better.

Hey Ohio I live in Ohio to Reason why they hate snow is becasue they don't know how to have fun in it All the news people down here tell everyone how bad it is and they scare people half to death to do anything in it It's Ohio it's winter DEAl with it !!!! Put a few trails in our state and maybe make a few bucks Maybe they would wake up there arses on it and embrace it . Other then the GREAT BUCKEYES Ohio has a bunch of WIMPS that can't get anything done period The only good thing in Cleveland is the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Cavs And Canton Ohio has the PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME on 77 exit 109 if any one would like to go there THINK SNOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I grew up in west central Ohio and yes the Buckeyes hate snow! Moved to MI 25 years ago and have come to love it. My sister lives in Tipp City (near Dayton, OH) and if she gets more than a 3-4" snowfall she's calling me in a panic. Family members can't believe it when we Michiganders have school and go to work when 5-6" of snow falls. Whole different world.....
