The Sea & Snow states it is for use in sleds and personal watercraft.
To be sure if it is okay to use in the WaveRunner, check the owner's manual and see what oil requirements are necessary and compare to the ratings on the S&S label.

Oil is a interesting question on here. The group I have been riding with for the past 4 years has been running Honda GN2 2-stroke oil. It is a Honda racing 2 Stroke oil that we are able to obtain at very reasonable prices. It is used in Ski-Doo's, Polaris, Yamaha and Artic Cat with success. Seems to be very low smoke.
I'm not sure if it meets the spec for your watercraft but it does for my 06 SDI and works great. The valves are always clean the compression is the same since new. On sale at farm and fleet this week for $12.99 Gal. Here are the specs.
