Another question for harley style bike

I have had a chance to put some miles on my 06 vstar 1100 now and I get a bit of a sore butt. I was just wondering if any of the aftermarket seats are really work the extra $$$ and if so which brands are better than others?

Mustang seats are most generally softer than Corbin. I sent my wifes bike seat to a bike seat guy who specializes in custom softer seats. Spent about$ 325 and seat is a 1000 times better. Gel inserts don’t work as they claim.

Second the Mustang seats. Been very happy with them. Big improvement over stock. Also second the gel insert is a waste of money. They help but are not comparable to a better seat.

I agree that Mustang seats are better then stock, but another thing to try is long day comfort under wear, ldcomfort.com. They really do make a difference. They are not cheap but better then a sore butt.

Mustang seat with a back rest. Best money I have spent on the bike.
