I just heard about this guy the other day, he is autistic and really wants to get a on tv but hasn't yet, has been doing the you tube posts for awhile and they say he is pretty good at his predictions.

They have put his bits on the Half A$$ed Morning Show on 93X in the cities for quite a while doing the storm forecasts. A real riot. I personally like it alot. Not sure if it's autism or a bit, either way its funny. I'm pretty sure thats why he keeps doing it.
