Depends what type of riding your looking for...
If talking a 150 mile trail ride, then technically no. You'll have to go to the eastern U.P. for that. See the numerous discussions the last couple weeks on why only the multi-use trails are "open" up this way.
However, if your someone who has knowledge of the backcountry and where to ride / not ride, they yes. Even with Spring forecasted to arrive this upcoming weekend, I'm fairly confident there will still be places of Keweenaw County, Huron Mountains, South Range to Greenland which will have rideable snow into the month of May. It takes a lot of warmth to melt 3-4 feet of settled snow...
