In this video posted on YouTube Friday night, a man in Coon Rapids drives a snowmobile at a high speed down a flooded residential street.
It's a practice law enforcement officials probably wouldn't recommend.

It says 'Crazy Man Drives Snowmobile Down Flooded Street.' The only reason he should be called 'Crazy' is that he was driving a '97 Pol XC 700. He should have traded up by now. It was a good sled in it's day though.
