Obviously there needs to be snow.

I'm wondering who plans to go up either of the first weekends in December if you can ride. I have both Fridays off and am thinking of pulling the plug on the first because of the current conditions. Thoughts?

Im planning on going the first weekend if possible. It hasnt happened in a few years, but things can change quickly. Even though its never the best riding it is usually fun to be some of the first ones out. If not that first weekend, then I gotta wait till the 3rd weekend.....that seems like a long wait.

A group of us plans on heading up the weekend of Dec 10, usually the second weekend in December has just enough snow for us to hit the trails/logging roads.

Of course I am hoping to get a blast around the yard over thanksgiving!

That photo kills me, I had seen that I think in Carters Corner thread. I can't get to the W-UP until x-mas day but if there is snow closer to my part of the state ( Cadillac or north )I'm Ready, been ready , always will be ready ! All that snow out west looks awesome. I'm living in the wrong area for a November thru April season.
