Arctic Cat Hard Starting

I'm having trouble starting my 04 Z-570, if it has sit for about a week. I can pressurize the tank through the over flow hose and it starts & runs fine. Any Ideas or Suggestions.

Carb or fuel injected if carbed I'd say the vacuum line from the fuel pump to the engine they get dry rotted and don't pull as good.
