Arctic Cat won't start this year

Hey folks, hope you could throw some ideas my way about this one.

The Sled : 2001 Arctic cat mountain cat 800 with carbs

This year I couldn't get my cat running, and it turned out the fuel pump wasn't doing anything. It runs if you dump fuel into the plug holes. Tried this to pump gas up to the carbs but that wasn't working, so eventually I took everything apart. The line from the pulse fitting was found to be full of oil and blocking the pulse, so I blasted it out with compressed air at M+M. The pump started pumping fuel after the line was cleared, but once I put it back together it still wouldn't start. I suspect that the crankcase is full of full/oil and has just blocked the line again.

Any suggestions for draining the crankcase? As far as I can find out there isn't a drain, so I'm sort of stuck as to how to clear it out. I have lots of hand tools for the job, but no air lines or anything to blast the case out. I'm trying to get a plan in place, I have pulled the rope a billion times by now with no results.

Let me know what you think before I dissassemble this thing in the lot again.

Get it in a warm place pull 1 plug insulate all wires from sparks & pull cord & might self evacuate or just let evaporation do its thing with both plus pulled. Also could try turning on side with plugs out see if you can pour gas out. Be careful had a bud burndown sled cause gas was in airbox nothing but charred rubble after that.:(

Had a Sea Doo with a similar problem. oil pump let the oil gravity flow through it all winter, by spring it had filled enough to hydro-lock. I leave the plugs only a few threads in during storage so I remeber its full of fogging oil and put in new plugs. The oil was weeping out around the loose plugs when I checked the battery for power(hit the start button) I pulled plugs and cranked the starter for way longer than it should be, but eventually pumped enough oil out through the plug holes to try to fire it up. Went through about 6 plugs to get it cleaned out enough to run, but that did the trick.Like Whitedust said, make sure you eliminate ignition sources, and keep the rags handy, it will be a big mess!

Got good news, I pulled the rope for a million hours and it started. I Still want to know why the case was full of oil, I would like to ride but I also don't want it to crap out in the boondocks.
