I keep checking this subforum hoping to find someone looking for a riding partner or two, but I have to wade through all the posts of people asking about routes on there ride.

I have no problem with people asking these questions, but perhaps it should be in the "Area conditions and Info" section. This section is supposed to help people find others to ride with. We don't all have a dependable group of 5 every weekend. Heck, I'd be happy with a group of more than 2.

Post on ride board.... I found 3 very good buds and we have been riding together for 4+ years now. We were thinking of taking a couple of new guys in this year & will post on ride board when conditions allow big mile day rides in Vilas & WUP. Ride Board works very well imo. Waiting for a trail call now & hope to meet Sayner bud somewhere this afternoon so we can do some off trail stuff. Another bud from Spread Eagle waiting for more snow then he will come up. We all get along great & enjoy being with each other all thanks to JD.:)

Oh no doubt about the JD board in general. Have met a couple of super guys to ride with but they're not LOCAL....meaning in the same town. Somebody that I can ride with and go have a burger or beer if I'm not grooming. With my oldest son being gone...I miss doing that!

I know what you mean.... found good riding buds but not local..... one 40 miles west.... one 40 miles east. Both very dependable & have deep passion for riding. Theee local riding bud has not shown up yet but I remain hopeful. I thought the local club might bear fruit but so far nada. The snowmobile club folk here like to eat out a lot more than ride.....more of a supper club than riding club. Doesn't really matter I guess trail work gets done & whatever floats their boat is ok with me. I know I'll keep looking for local riding bud & will post on Ride Board soon when trails are popping. Right now no point no one riding.

Ok then why is my post the last and only one..I've been posting this trip for a month or more..I'm UP here killing it..theilly66 is coming g UP..everybody else is a bunch of criers..haven't hit a bump yet..so sorry..

He posted that nobody is posting on the ride board for riders ..right ..so my response is I have been posting for a month looking for riders..very few responses..I've been banging all week..just killing it UP here..and all over john dee is people complaining no snow..just saying

OK I get it. Yep I believe it when you're saying ur having FUN! So many peeps beeyotch. Gotta chase after it this year.

Peeps riding style might not be a good fit for your style. Please keep that in mind too. :)
