Maybe someone here has some experience with Argo's.
My Dad has an Argo 8x8. It's just been used around the farm and for plowing. He's had others that he's use up north for ice fishing.
His tracks he has now are the molded plastic without the cleats. The cleats he used in the past, tended to wear out fast.
My thought was to add something for snow biting traction, like used hyfax every other section. Then for ice biting reaction, screw in a few hundred ice stews for bergstroms.
What we do know, the ridged plastic tracks provide ZERO traction on bare lake ice. The ice cleats that he used from argo, wore out fast. They did grip ice while driving on a lake. But he said they didn't bite the ice when he fell through and had to drive it back onto the ice.
