Armstrong Creek and DunGood Trails

Wondering how the trails held up with 1. the warm weather 2. with the MS Ride and 3. all the ATV`s and Utv`s. If the pounding of the trails and the weather and traffic Is there is enough snow to Repair the trails system?

NST is 36 grit.
We didn't go to A creek. Did a hunt and ride in So. Forest Co. Instead. Found some gems.....Mostly LMT trails

Thanks for the replies, am still wondering if anyone has any info North of Hy.8 and east of the 101 toward Dun-Good trails and up into Florence County.

ATV and UTV.s not allowed above 28 degrees. Warm weather did the same damage everywhere with higher traveled main routes also getting KO'd with more traffic. Not sure if MS ride went through the area you are referring to. The area I referred to was directly affected by the MS ride yet as I said we found some great riding....not alot of miles but good loops. I think the same goes for all over northern WI. The areas with more snow also were more popular riding areas and took a heavy hit from warm weather and traffic. In a fringe area like Marinette Co I think you might find some good cond. if not on trails then on the fire lanes.
sorry I wasn't there but weather is weather and if it melted everywhere else.....
Travel wisconsin snow reports is now showing Florence as "fair/poor" and Marinette "partially open/good".

Check out the 100 mile snow safari, bigsnowpage, and dun-good websites/facebook pages. I've always found them to be honest and realistic.

Was up that way by vehicle Saturday night, lots of sleds out. Few groups I talked with said trails weren't bad and held up. Road crossings and few of road routes took a beating but ice base was still good. This bit of new snow should definitely help.
