Awesome Trip!!!!!!
The wife and girls (7 & 8) and I went to the great North MN Woods last weekend for the first family snowmobile trip EVER. Had an unbelieveable trip and conditions were perfect for first timer mom on on the trails and lake trails.
My hope for this trip was to have an enjoyable, breakdown free time so their "first" was fun. That luckily happened for the sleds, everyone is already talking about next years trip!! I can't be more happy.
A HUGE thanks to Steve, Deb & Tom at the Ash Trail Lodge for their hospitality and help on the tire issue with the suburban!! You guys ROCK! The girls are still talking about the hot chocolate w/Big Oreos for dessert Steve, you're right, we should have brought the frosting home!
The first pic is a couple doin' a lil' ice fishing, must be nice w/ the transportation eh? The second is an afternoon break at the cabins building a little snow family, The 3rd is all the ladies in my life on an island out in the middle of Lake Kabatogama before the final pic of the Summit at sunset on the final trip and day of our sled season. Couldn't have planned a better run!!

Hey Lori, I'm trying to get the girls up to ride w/you and Dave next year!! Use that certificate from the Ride-in last year, awesome people in MN just like yourself!!
