John it sure looks like the winds this weekend/ next week will give some good chance of LES
In a post you talked about Delta T I do hvac so I know what it is used for with AC how dose it work
With LES and on top of that its sure looks like that Ashland Wis to Copper Harbor snow belt is possible

You need a temperature difference of around 13 degrees C between the lake water temp and the air temp at the 850 mb level (around 2500-3000 feet up) to create the needed instability to create the lake effect clouds and precip.
