Any connection with the B&E's at the Museum, Kiilunen's Repair & the Torch Lake Sewage Authority? There has been some rampant crapola going on latley, not good. Perhaps a vigilante justice group should be enforcing the streets in our communities.-Mezz

Firecatguy is corrent, MN is so lenient it's not even funny. I don't think there is anything that a person can do in MN to get locked away for life.

I believe the possibility of a "Life Sentence" is due to being an habitual offender, also having 4 felony counts against him as well as safe breaking. More than likely he will get some prison time, how much. that remains to be seen. If he is able to plea on any of the charges, his time will get reduced. It will be interesting to see how hard of a slap he gets.-Mezz

I hope this scum bag goes away for a long time. He will get 3 squares a day that I'll pay for. But ya know how this crap ends up. The goon for a prosecutor will drop all felonies and they will nail him on a lesser charge and he'll get about 60 days with credit for time served and get released the next week. He will then break into various places again and cause more damage and the saga will continue with the same lame results and same life choices.
