Bad weather in IL

WOW Illinois friends hope your all ok!! Looks like the western suburbs elburn, batavia, st.charles to name a few and east better take cover. And Rockford/loves park had a touch down....praying your all ok

My shop is on the southside of Rockford and all we had here was a short hard rain and I live southwest of Rockford and the wife hasn't called so we must be ok at home also. Radio said a touch down north and east of Rockford but haven't heard any reportss yet.

Tornado NE of Rockford

School bus blown 100 ft off the road, minor injuries, was a crazy day weather wise here. Heard that the tornado continued into Walworth County in WI

strong winds/heavy rain just south-south/west of rockford. heard same as above. power outage-40,000-not sure how accurate on that. says many restored quickly.

sister lives in Shabbona-good size hail clutered the yards

Tornado touched down 8 miles from me in Caledonia Il. Tore up the town really bad. All we got was alot of hard rain.

whats your Sisters Name.. lived there 25 yrs...they missed the real bad stuff but still had some hail damage

Sad thing is the lady that owns the house in that first clip that had the roof torn off the house lost her daughter in the Belvidere '67 tornado (the one that tore thru the High School area as school was being dismissed for the day). My other friend on Rt 173 had her outbuildings demolished and half the roof torn off the house. The best man from my wedding lives in that little town and had no damage. No damage here in Belvidere thank God but it wasn't far away.
