Does anyone know of an honest company or individual that will give true value of these.

What is an Upper Deck Michael Jordan in perfect condition valued at?

Most of the sports cards values has moved to a graded market. There isn't much of a market left for non-graded cards. Add in the over production of cards from 1988-1998 and most everything between those years aren't worth anything.
