Looks like they are backing off on the totals for this one. Hopefully it happens but LES is hard to count on.

Well about 3" overnight and it sounds like we should get some more throughout today. So maybe not a true bomber but some healthy lake effect at any rate

Dumping here I would guess about another 5" on top of overnight 3". I think it is really happening here!

Yes very good up here. I must say though so much snow so fast they are struggling at getting everything groomed. I would say there is an average of 36-42" on the ground in Northern Bayfield county (north of HWY 2). There is also good snow and riding south of HWY 2 to Hayward Cable Mellen. I typically ride off trail/trail in Northern Bayfield county. There are not many stops up there and town access can be a pain. However depending on the amount of riding in a day you can easily see northern bayfield county stop at pub n grub, access in and out of Cornie, Herbster are best they have been in years. Use Ashland as a Base Camp and you can head north or south from there. Not sure what you "need" in a hotel but a super 8 is right in town and easy trail access. there is a Americinn with a big pool and waterslides on the east side of town with trail access but a little more difficult (only the first time). You can also stay further north in Bayfield with Woodside (Gary Delzell) a regular on this forum who owns cabins just south of Bayfield. I am not sure if they ride from the cabins or not but woodside cottages is the name.
