Bergland,Kenton,Rousseau,TwinLakes,Ewen,Bergland

Yesterday morning left Bergland on 8 gassed up in Bruce crossing fresh groom to ewen, smooth all the way to Hoppys in Kenton. Continued to sidnaw station smooth but i think allil less snow then Bergland. 109 reroute marked verywell and smooth trails that just been groomed very short section of plowed road to run with plenty of snow left to run on. Lunch at rousseau bar, 12 has some water holes that are easy to get around plenty of tracks in the open fields where we are not supposed tobe riding, 3 up to twinlakes for gas and frozen pastys to take home was smooth. Refreshments at Omers. 3 back to Mass city now has a fresh groom on an already smooth trail i love it. Closer to mass started getting whooped up all the way through mass until Rockland, continued south on 3 pretty smmooth. Met the groomer heading North somewhere near that big hill? Military hill? Smoth all the way to Bruce Crossing. Few water holes easy to get around unless your flying and come up on them to fast. Stopped at South Branch, then back to Bergland on flat and fast trails met the groomer heading east again coming from Bergland. Very low traffic all day.

Good trip report, nice to see someone share a few tips.

Anyone hum the tune "Don't go back to Rockville" by R.E.M. as they ride over the Mini Mountain in Rockland?
I dare you to listen in after the 25 second introduction of this song, you will hum it too.

I know this may be late info but thought id ad to my previous post. Thursday went from bergland to rockland on trail 13. It was the best i have ever ridden that trail in the last 9 years and i have ridden that trail alot. 1 wet area easily passable. I took the road ul to 137 instead of climbing that big hill in the woods didnt figure it was groomed .from rockland to greenland was rough in a few spots with a decent size wet spot(talked to guy in vansville bar that was stuck in that hole on wednsday) Greenland onto spaghetti bowl intersection was lil rough smooth trails all the way to houghton hancock lil choppy till out of town flat and fast all the way to vansville and back met groomers coming and going all the way back to bergland. Excellent 3 days of solo riding 456 mi.
