Bergstom Triple points

Anyone running the triple points
What are your thoughts, worth the money? I have done some google research and overall people seem to like them. However sometimes after you spend $200 on a set of skegs you may be not want to admit you made a bad purchase or they did not meet your expectations.
I ordered up a pair Friday based a friend’s recommendation they should be here Monday I have previously used Shaper bars and thought they worked well but got damaged.

I got them and I like them. Only ran them for about 900 miles on plenty of snow last season but seem to wear great, used the shims and I run great down the trail, no darting. I know Chad from MM has put them on his rentals (not sure if he still does this year) so I'm guessing he felt like the payback was worth the investment.

I installed them last year on my 2 vmax triples..they helped the darting..seem to wear well..probably best on ice or pavement..Bergstroms site is loaded with selling points on his product although there's probably trade-offs he doesn't mention.

Had 2 sets on 2007 Attak GT about 5000 miles per set probably could got more miles on them but thought 5000 enough & was losing turning capability on blacktop at gas stations still ok in snow. The best IMO if installed with skisavers & shims.

Excellent product, worth the money. Pay maybe about $75 to $100 more than the other popular brands, but last twice as long and very durable.

Same here. I thought they were worth the money. Rode about 2500 miles on them last year and still in very good shape.

I have them on my 2013 PRO-R 800, Replaced the 6" carbides that were on there.

No comparison, even thought the BERGSTROMs are a few $$$ more, they steer so much better, you almost can't put a price on that

Order them early is all I can say

I was running triple points on my 07 Rage and found that the middle point wore pretty quickly, and on one set I actually lost some of the carbide pieces from one bar (he did replace that one free which was great)....but generally they did work as advertised. After needing a set quickly (partway through second year on the set, big ride coming up and found a lot of wear) and not being able to get through to order them, I chose to go with studboy shaper bars and to my surprise there was no increase in darting and the shaper bar really cleaned up the handling in turns. Since I can get the shaper bars at pretty significant discount at the fall shows, I've switched all three of our sleds over to them this year, and will just plan to replace them each year.

I'm not saying that the triple points aren't a good product (they are), but I just had a hard time with the cost, especially when I have 3 sleds to maintain. And this way I start every year with fresh carbides on the fleet which gives me peace of mind when riding with the wife and son.
