Has anybody had any luck getting a call through to them lately?

I have been calling for 3 days, during business hours, after hours, before hours, and all I get is a busy signal. I know their website states they are busy and to call back if you get a busy signal, but it seems strange to me that I have yet to get through no matter the time of day.

No email

Seems like a good way to avoid me being their customer.

I have always used berstroms but his customer service was never the best but its just horrible this year. I have talked to him many times and at the Milwaukee show. It seems a lot of people that have ordered them in the summer still have not got them. He should tell people he cannot make anymore or say he is atleast getting some orders out.
