Best fitting helmet.....oxygen

Last week I was in the U.P. riding with veturenorth, dfattack and his son, whitedust and even hooked up and rode with goofy600, dfattack, his son and goofy600 all sported the "oxygen" helmet and I won't deny the more I looked at them the more I admired them. The large visor, lack of anything up against your face, plenty of room in front of face, heating capability. I have a big noggin and it is difficult to find helmets that fit really well. I was telling my wife about helmet when I would phone home and to my surprise one was waiting for me at the local doo dealer. Sorry for the long build up but it is BY FAR the best fitting helmet I have ever worn, fits perfect, plenty of room, don't feel squeezed in, really looking forward to actually using it!

I was an early adopter back in 2018 with a purchase at Hay Days. It has been great going into my 5th season with it.
I haven't had any issues with my shield as many had over at least the first couple years.
I did have failed cords though. (3) in four seasons of riding. All were covered under warranty through (5) years.

I just started using the latest revision of the cord this season. So far, so good. Love the helmet!!

A lot of people really like the Mission helmets and are having good luck with them also. I will be purchasing another Oxygen for all the same reasons you mentioned above.

Either you have a fantastic wife who truly loves you, or she's trying hard to get you out of the house more often! I have a strong feeling its #1 and that's an awesome gift!

Happy for you Brian.

Yes, we have been very happy with ours. I've had it since it first came out. Last week on our rides i was getting a little hot to be honest so rode with the visor down but not snapped shut. My son and I use uclear communicators so when the visor is open and we are talking there is more wind noise so i would snap it shut while talking. The helmet is incredibly warm which is great on a cold day. It is important to get the ear pieces located properly to your ears so they don't aggravate your ears on a long ride. Once you get them situated correctly it's all good. I am on my first cord and always carry two spare cables for both of us just in case. Haven't needed to use them yet. Only thing is I wish there was a little more vent options to cool things down but maybe thats why they are so warm. flipping open the lid cools you down quick so problem solved I guess.

This is the best option for vision and comfortable fit. However I really struggle to wear it in temperatures above 20 degrees. Way to daman warm if you are aggressive trail riding. I also love riding behind this helmet because the light is easy to see in the snow dust.

I’ve been asked that about the light and can’t say it made any difference to me. I’m looking at the brake light so I don’t rear end anyone.

Thank god I haven't rear ended anyone then.....I guess it could be hard to see them both given they are directly in front of your face.

My Oxygen helmet has been the first snowmobile helmet I have been happy with in my 30 years of riding. I also have a large head
