Best place to DEER HUNT in MICHIGAN

For those that don't already know...Terry Short is a Warden in Upper
Michigan.

From our raid on St. Martins Island on Nov. 19, 2009.

31 bucks and 9 does on the pole. Nothing smaller than a 7 point.
Another
approx. 10 deer, antlers, and heads found on the ground around the camp.
A
mix of smaller bucks and does.

10 deer without tags, approx. another 10 deer with wives/girlfriends tags.
Investigation continues.

What amazing pics....I think the fact that there is a picture with the hunters together with the DNR Wardens in front of the buck pole proves that there were no blatent poaching w/out tags regulations broken. Otherwise I don't think you would see pictures like that.

Culling the herd of anything bigger than 10 points. Yeah... that would be an awesome hunting spot.

On a side note. Like it was said on one of the posts on bloodbro.com, it's really disappointing that this is being protrayed as an illegal event rather than a legal one on the online cummunity...

I think tickets will be mailed for any infractions if any now that story is online just to cover mich DNRs ***!! I bet there are many arrests off of internet pics,postings etc. watch what you post as the whole world knows your business! LOL1
