We use a Dish Network Tailgater in our camper. It works good as long as you can get a line of sight. We also use a Roku when we have internet access at the campground or use our phone as a hot spot for it.
Get a smart tv and hot spot your cell phone. Also Good antenna for basic digital local channels. Drill hole , run wire and double side tape antenna to roof. Good up 80mph.
