I know a lot of JD'ers have asked for it and we've finally accomplished a web cam. Now everyone can see what the snow is like in Greenland:) Sorry it took so long. We've had the web cam up for two months but apparently our website provider needs a lesson in linking it!!! LOL!!! Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it and I hope it helps you all with condition reports. Trails are very nice by the way!

Just go to www.patsmotorsports.com to view it!

Yay Kip! I was wondering if this was still going to happen as it was mentioned earlier this winter. Excellent work.

I can talk to John about getting it linked. Matt, it's up and it is working. It's on the main page chief. Kip

It does not work live for me either. It must take pictures on intervals. If I look at the webcam it will stay with one picture until I refresh the page. So to see anything after the first picture I have to hit refresh and have the whole web page reload. Would be nice if it were fluid/live video.

This is awesome Kip. Thank you for providing a great tool for us riders to use to view current conditions.

I gots ta say, that (click →) patsmotorsports web cam is definitely the clearest "HD-est" web cam I've seen in quite a while! (But it is just a static jpg image.)

We could use a whole bunch more HD web cams like that …
and like (click →) MTU's Streaming cams.)

Incidentally, if most "security cams" were that good it would be a helluva lot easier to identify the bad hombres!

P.S.: It looks like Pats Motor Sports, Inc. does web cams like they do the motor sports business! :encouragement:

I'm just seeing a static picture, not live.

Are any webcams video? All I've ever seen are static pictures. Live in that they are taken immediately before you view them, but not live as in video.
