Can't say that I've ever changed a blower motor on a Grand Prix. Also, to date, I've never seen a Heater Blower Motor running in coolant. (unless you mean the water pump. But that's in the land down under, so probably not) It's an electric motor that blows air. Shouldn't loose any coolant.
Now if you're talking about the Blower, meaning SuperCharger, that's another story. LOL! Or maybe you Grand Prix is SuperCharged! Cool!
Heater Blower Motor Fans should be a "relatively" simple fix. However, I have encountered some that needed a couple things 'pealed back", like alternators, brackets, and other stuff, so the squirrel cage fan (blower motor) can be removed.
