Anyone know of a good place to have new cover made? I have a snap down type cockpit cover and a bow cover. My cover has seen better day the sun has just beat it up drying it out and has a few tears starting. Anywhere in the chicaoland area or nothern IL. would be great.

Carver Industries out of Georgia. They will custom make your cover. Many colors and fabrics to choose from. Google them. They ship fast and the cover is of very good quality. Had estimate from a canvas shop for $600 . Paid $168. Big difference same fit and finish. Cover is for a 10' Walker Bay. Seams are sewn like a good pair of jeans. Very happy.

I know a woman in lake villa that does great covers and seats. She is in lake villa. Off of Rt59, by Electric Harbor on the chain o lakes. Her name is Mary Pope, I've had her do full covers and covers for the bow rider. She also redid my bimini last year. She's very good and has been doing it for quite a few years. Her shop is on her property, I don't have her # handy ,but it's problably in the book.
