bogging

I have a 99 zl600efi, the thing started bogging at about 30mph, it starts, idles, and runs fine up to 30mph just like there is nothing wrong with it. I have tried everything I can think of and cannot get it to run. Another note on this is I took the injectors out and put them in opposite sides and it will not start at all. Any suggestions would help. Thanks

When you run it does one of the cylinders feel warmer than the other one? It could be that you have a plugged injector. Have you done a compression check? Each cylinder should be within 10% of the other one.

one cylinder seems to be running lean, I changed spark plugs and ran it for a while and checked them and one side definitly is not getting enough gas. I had a sinilar problem 2 years ago and it turned out to be water in gas. I have drained fuel, added some seafoam and isopropol, and even to injector out and soaked it overnight in carb cleaner and nothing got better. Want to get running because it is down the road so I can upgrade to a much newer sled. have not checked comp.
