Boots

Brother has them. We sit for hours on end deer hunting in sub zero weather. He states they work okay - but probably not as good as my Ice Kings. But they are not as bulky either. I would think for snowmobiling, they would be fine, unless your feet get cold easily.

I do not have the Inferno boots, I have this pair with 800g (see link) as well as a pair with something around 1200g just like the link. I found the 1200g ones to be to warm for me and the 800g ones just perfect and with them being all leather have worn really well. I wear a just a standard pair of socks on most days and when it negative temps outside I wear a thick pair of socks.

Warmest I've had are Sorel Intrepid Explorer. These are really for extreme conditions, but they do make a solid boot.

I have had the Infernos (with standard laces) for a few years and they are great. They are a bit wider than other snowmobile boots but they are very warm.
