I don't like either one, but i do think that Brad needed to be put in his place. It will definately be an interesting year with Carl only getting a 3 race probation for that move.

I think the should let em race... Attendance at the track is mainly down because of the economy a big chunk of the tickets in the recent years seemed to be passed out to stoogies who had no clue of Nascar but took sum tickets cuz they was free...

Carl can retaliate all he wants but to do it there and 156 or whatever laps down; he could have waited until Bristol or some other track. Nascar has obviously changed it's position on fines, point deductions etc. for on track issues. They are more concerned about what these guys are doing to the cars to create an advantage. That is where fines and points will come into play.
As far as anyone getting hurt, you can listen to that bs all you want. What do you expect these cars are going to do going 195MPH sideways? Oh, the wing/spoiler is to blame; what a crock! The drivers are not out there to hurt eachother or anyone else. It is a dangerous sport and they need to realize that and examine their conscience before doing something too risky.
I like Brad and Carl both but when a new, talented driver comes in and runs well; the veterans feel a little intimidated by them. Look at Denny Hamlin, I won't even go there!

Brad has been doing more than just running well! There are many guys other than Carl that need to even the score with Brad. What goes around comes around.

"Rubbin is Racin"! Carl maybe took it too far, but it's like when a pitcher throws at your stud, your pitcher will retaliate...at soom point in time. I hate how too many of these guys quit racing hard and are just looking for a top 10 finish, instead of the win. I like watching the risk takers and guys racing hard to win. Kenseth is the perfect example right now. He's ranked 3rd and really has done it rather quietly??

Carl Edwards is a punk. I agree he should have been suspended. All he gets is a probationary period. WOW--way to come down hard on him NASCAR. You could see his hands turn the wheel and blatantly hammer Keselowski. Hopefully sweet revenge (I mean justice:)) will fall upon him in one form or another very soon.

I think the "cousin Carl" persona has got to be the biggest crock going. This guy has been a whiny little "female dog" ever since he got behind the wheel of a stock car. Nothing is ever his fault. If he is looking for revenge from talledega last year, he should have fliped the NASCAR hauler instead because it was their unwillingness to be flexable with the yellow line rule for the sake of saftey in the Stewart/Regan finish in the spring that led to his car fliping. If he was mad about the tap earlier in the race, he should take a closer look at the video and see that the 12 car did check up to let him in, so in this case he should flip his spotter's car on his way out of the lot. I don't understand why he still has the reputation of this "aww shucks" grass roots racer when he gets so upset whenever someone gets too close to him. You would think he never got hit on one of his "NASCAR home tracks". From his confrontations with Dale Jr., Stewart, Harvick (I wish they would have let that fight go, Edwards would have gotten his whiny little "donkey" beat) to his own teammate Matt Kenseth, he has shown time an again he needs to be put in his place. Hopefully some day him and Ryan Newman will get together and Newman will teach him a lesson in the garage after the race. As far as his punishment goes, I agree with Kyle Petty on "victory lane" on SPEED after the race when he said NASCAR has no stones if they don't park him for one race.
